Oliver joined Dunedin in 2007. He manages the Intermediary programme for Dunedin and is responsible for sourcing and transacting deals across the UK, with a focus on Oil & Gas and Financial Services. Oliver worked on the buyouts of GPS, FRA, Kingsbridge, Alpha, EV Offshore, Premier Hytemp, CitySprint, U-POL and Hawksford; and the exit of Practice Plan. He currently represents Dunedin on the Boards of GPS, Kingsbridge and EV. He is a graduate of Oxford.
What is your background?
After graduating I joined Booz Allen & Hamilton as a strategy consultant, working on projects in the UK and Europe. I went on to work at the financial services practice of EDS Business Consulting before joining the group strategy and M&A team of Lloyds TSB.

Who or what inspires you?
Anyone who shows passion and determination to achieve something for a good cause. In whatever field of life - whether that be business, charity work or personal life.
What has been your favourite or most memorable moment at Dunedin?
Completing the Artemis Kindrochit Quadrathlon with my fellow team members. 1 mile swim, 18 mile run up and down 7 Munros, 8 mile kayak and a 35 mile cycle ride. A great effort from everyone – whether they did one leg or all four!
What gets you out of bed at the weekend?
My children! Ready to take them to swimming, rugby, cricket…
