Simon Miller joined Dunedin in 1994. He read Law at Cambridge and joined the corporate finance department of Lazards in 1976. He moved to County Bank in 1982, becoming a Director in 1985. Between 1987 and 1991 he was Chief Executive of Ferrum Holdings PLC, a quoted engineering company, becoming Chairman in 1991 until 1994.
He is Chairman of JPMorgan Elect plc, Artemis Alpha Trust PLC and Noble AIM VCT PLC, and a non-executive Director of Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC. He is also a Director of two Dunedin companies, Practice Plan Group (Holdings) Limited of which he is Chairman, and Capula Group Limited of which he is a non-executive Director.
