Nicol Fraser joined Dunedin in 2001. He is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities in the West Midlands. He focuses the Industrial sector, with particular expertise in Specialist Manufacturing. He led or co-led the buyouts of Formaplex and RSL Steeper and represents Dunedin on the boards of CGI, etc.venues and Formaplex.
He graduated with a BCom from the University of Edinburgh in 1988 and qualified as a chartered accountant with Tenon in 1991. Following qualification, he joined the corporate recovery team and subsequently qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner in 1996. He joined Bridgepoint in 1996, where he gained experience of buyouts throughout the UK.
