Giles Derry joined Dunedin in 2005. He is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities in London and the Northern Home Counties and also focuses on the financial services and leisure sectors. He led the buyouts of Formaplex, Gissings, Celtic Inns, Home & Legacy and Ede's.
He has a degree in natural sciences from Durham University and qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen in 1996. He worked in the Financial Markets practice and the Corporate Finance department before moving to Sand Aire Private Equity in 2000.
