Investment Trust to focus on Dunedin funds

Shareholders of Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC have voted in favour of investing in funds managed by Dunedin or co-investing alongside these funds.
Shaun Middleton, Managing Director, Dunedin said:
“This is great news and demonstrates a clear vote of confidence in Dunedin by the Trust’s shareholders, a continuing commitment to Dunedin as a private equity manager and a recognition of our strengths in the lower-mid market.”
The Trust will invest in UK lower mid-market buyouts through funds managed by Dunedin. The Trust will not make further commitments to funds managed by other private equity fund managers across Europe, but will meet its existing commitments to third party managers.
