Unquote British Private Equity Awards 2009

Dunedin has been named the "Small Buyout House of the Year" at the unquote” British Private Equity Awards 2009.  The Small Buyout category acknowledges clear leadership in the UK lower mid-market. It is one of four awards that Dunedin has won this year.

Dunedin won "Buyout Deal of the Year" at the 2009 British Venture Capital Association / Real Deals Awards. The judges concluded that "Despite the return, this was no simple deal. Gardner's parent company was in trouble when Dunedin first invested. The firm then had to replace the management team and take out its private equity co-owner before successfully turning the company around. "

Scottish Business Insider's Deal and Dealmakers Awards 2006

Dunedin won the "Sale of the Year" at the 2006 Scottish Business Insider's Deal and Dealmakers Awards for the sale of Letts Filofax, the market leading supplier of personal organisers and diaries, to Phoenix Equity Partners for £45 million. This represented a six times money multiple and an IRR of 52% over five years.
